About Development Committee

The Development Committee at PCEA Unity Parish is charged with overseeing the physical growth, infrastructural planning, and facility enhancement of our church compound. Working under the guidance of the Kirk Session, this committee ensures that the church maintains safe, modern, and functional facilities to support spiritual growth, community outreach, and parish administration.

From conceptualizing master building plans to managing ongoing maintenance and capital construction projects, the Development Committee provides strategic stewardship of all church land, buildings, and physical assets.

• Infrastructural Planning & Project Execution: Managing new construction, renovations, and long-term facility expansion to accommodate our growing congregation.
